Welcome to Nate's Noggin!

     

      Hello, and welcome to From Nate's Noggin. I'm Nathan  Unck, The Man, the myth, the legend, I'm not any of those things, though I prefer Nate, or Unck, or Uncky Nate. As long as it's not offensive, you can call me whatever the heck you want!

     I've tried to start other blogs and podcasts, but at this point in time, as of April 28th, 2020, (Day 50 of the Covid-19 or Coronavirus quarantine), it seems like a good time to commit myself to sitting down and taking the time to write, record, and post blog entries. I will be starting my new film critic podcast soon. I decided to take a break from doing it, and while I was on break, someone stole my newspaper and blog title The Reel Perspective, which was kind of annoying since a simple google search will bring up my name or logo. However, I have a new name for it. I will be know as the Freaking Film Fanatic, and am not sure to start podcasts during the quarantine while Hollywood is taking a long break from releasing or producing new films, or to do some top ten lists, or podcasts about old films. We'll see. Things are bare bones right now, but I plan on making this blog less of an eye sore.

     I'm so grateful to my family and my friends, especially my parents and my son, Elliot,  that have always supported me in the many activities I have been apart of, and have inspired me to start this whole blog thing over. I will be posting personal experiences, as well as reviewing things from movies, tv shows, video games, board and card games and comic books, as well as adding links for the things I bring up so you will know where to get and enjoy things I recommend, and whatever else I might experience and have opinions about. I have thousands of blog writing prompts, and may even post small scripts for one scene plays, mostly for laughs. Maybe even Polls. 

     I hope that everyone will visit often and have a fun time. It would also be great if you like my blog, or heck, even if you don't like it, to recommend it to your friends, families, or if you don't like it, your enemies. I love people and enjoy sharing things that bring me joy and happiness. I hope you will come and stay awhile. Go ahead and leave comments of things you like, or want to recommend, or suggest anything. I'm always up for suggestions. 

     I believe that the person a person is, is from the direct experiences of others words , work and inspiration of the people they love and respect. I look forward to the person I will become while I post parts of me, and hopefully find new things to love and appreciate, thanks to your interactions.
